(1) GRILLE GUARD (2) M6 FLAT WASHERS

(2) LOWER MOUNTING BRACKETS (2) M6x20MM BOTTON HEAD BOLTS

(1) LEFT SIDE UPPER MOUNTING BRACKET (6) M12X35MM HEX BOLTS

(1) RIGHT SIDE UPPER MOUNTING BRACKET (2) M12x100MM HEX BOLTS

(2) M8 NUT PLATE (16) M12 FLAT WASHERS

(2) M8X20MM HEX BOLTS (8) M12 SELF LOCKING NUTS

(2) M8 FLAT WASHERS

(2) M6 SELF LOCKING NUTS

PROCEDURE

1. Begin installation by working on driver side of the vehicle

2. From underneath vehicle, remove plastic splash shield from bumper and set it

aside. Locate mounting hole in frame as shown in Fig. 1. Remove factory plastic

plugs (top and Bottom) install bracket leaving bolts loose. Align bracket and

Remove corresponding factory bolt from splash guard brace. Attach and secure

lower Mount Bracket to underside of vehicle (see Fig.1) Remove factory bolt on

passenger side from dampner as shown in fig. 2 align bracket and remove

corresponding factory bolt from splash shield brace and install bracket. Hand

tighten only

3. Attach and secure Upper support Bracket to vehicle as shown in Fig. 3-4

4. Position guard to the inside of bottom brackets and secure to brackets. Attach

upper support brackets to guard and align guard with vehicle. Fully tighten all

hardware at this time.

5. Factory plastic splash shield will need to be trimmed to clear brackets before re-

installation. Place shield in position and mark and trim to clear brackets
