GRILL/ BRUSH GUARD 5047

PARTS LIST

(1) FRONT BAR (12) 7/16” FLAT WASHERS

(2) FRAME MOUNT BRACKETS (6) 7/16” HEX LOCK NUTS

(2) BRACE BRACKETS, (2) TOP BRACKETS (2) 3/8 BUTTON BOLTS

(6) 7/16” x 1 1/4” HEX BOLTS (4) 3/8 NYLON LOCK NUTS

(2) 3/8 FLAT WASHERS (2) 3/8 X 1 ¼ HEX BOLT

(2) 3/8 SAE WASHERS

PROCEDURE

1. Start with passenger side frame bracket. Remove the 2 lower nuts holding the bumper frame to the

main frame and than attach frame brackets using the existing flance nuts.

2. Repeat for driver-side Frame Mount Bracket.

3. Attach top support L bracket to the existing flance nuts as shown

4. Repeat the above for the driver side

5. Attach top support bracket to the L bracket between bumper and grill using the 3/8 hex nut and SAE

washers.

6. Repeat above for driver side.

7. Line up the 3 holes on the lower portion of the Front Bar with the 3 holes of the Frame Mount Brackets

and attach using (3) 7/16” x 1 1/4” hex bolts, (6) 7/16” flat washers, and (3) 7/16” hex lock nuts for each

side. Hand tighten.

8. Proceed to attach top support brackets to the outer edge of front bumper up rights using the 3/8 x 1

button bolts.

9. Align front bar assembly with front of the vehicle and secure all fasteners.
